  • Payment Terms: Before your slip is occupied, all slip fees must be paid in full. Please note that slip fees are non-refundable once paid.

Important Jet Ski Slip Requirements

To ensure the safety and cleanliness of our marina, all PWC owners must adhere to the following rules:

  • Insurance Required: You must provide a copy of your current Hull Liability Insurance Declarations page, showing a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 in coverage.
  • No On-Dock Refueling: Refueling is strictly prohibited on the docks; you must take your Jet Ski to a designated refueling station.
  • No Subleasing: All slips are non-transferable and cannot be subleased or shared.
  • Safety First: Anyone under the age of 12 or under 4 feet tall must wear a Coast Guard Approved life jacket at all times while on the docks.
