2026 Berthing Rates & Options

Choose the dockage timeline that works best for your vessel.
  • Transient Slips (Daily): $4 per foot.
  • Summer Season (April 15th - October 15th): $125 per foot.
  • Winter Season (October 15th - April 15th): $70 per foot.
  • Year-Round Berthing (1-Year Rate): $180 per foot.

Important Reservation Requirements

To ensure a safe and strictly managed environment for all boaters, please have the following ready when confirming your slip:

  • Vessel Details: You must provide your boat's Overall Length (LOA), Beam, Manufacturer, Model, Year, and Registration or Coast Guard Documentation numbers.
  • Insurance Proof: A photocopy of your current Hull Liability Insurance Declarations page is required before any berth or slip is assigned. You must maintain a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 in liability coverage.
  • Payment Terms: Before your slip is occupied, all slip fees and balances must be paid in full. Please note that once the agreement is signed and paid, no refunds will be made and slip fees are non-refundable.
