Berthing, Rates, & Payments
We offer flexible berthing options for both commercial and personal vessels, including:
- Transient Slips: Daily rentals for visiting boaters.
- Summer Season: April 15th to October 15th.
- Winter Season: October 15th to April 15th.
- Annual Berthing: Full 1-year terms.
No. Once the berthing agreement is signed and paid, all slip fees are non-refundable. Before a slip is occupied, all fees and balances must be paid in full.
No. All boat slips are non-transferable. Slips cannot be subleased, sold, or transferred to another vessel or owner.
All summer boats must be removed by October 15th unless you have paid for winter dockage. Boats left after this date without a zero balance will be charged regular transient rates and may be hauled and stored at the owner's expense.
Marina Rules & Operations
No. Sleeping overnight on your vessel or anywhere on the marina docks is strictly prohibited.
No outside labor is allowed to work on boats on the premises (either ashore or afloat) without express written consent from Pier 41 LLC. Approved outside contractors must check in daily, provide proof of liability insurance, and are subject to a yard facility commission.
Refueling is not permitted on the docks. Boat owners must take their vessels to a designated refueling station.
No bicycles, scooters, skateboards, motorcycles, mopeds, or similar items may be used or stored on the docks.
No. To ensure the safety of our facility, barbecues (gas, charcoal, or otherwise) and open fires of any kind are strictly prohibited on the docks and on all boats.
The use of drugs or alcohol on the docks or in the parking areas is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, smoking is not permitted in any area of the marina.
No. Fishing off the docks is strictly prohibited at all times.
Insurance & Documentation
Before a berth or slip is assigned, you must provide:
- A fully completed Berthing Space Agreement.
- A copy of your current Vessel Registration or Coast Guard Documentation.
- A photocopy of your Hull and Liability Insurance Declarations page.
All boat owners must maintain Hull and Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000/$300,000. This policy must also cover the cleanup of any environmental contamination (such as oil, gas, or paint spills).
Safety, Parking, & Environment
Safety is our top priority. Any person under the age of 12, or anyone under 4 feet tall, must wear a Coast Guard Approved life jacket at all times when entering, exiting, or being on the docks. They must also be supervised by an adult at all times.
Parking is limited to one (1) car per boat slip. Any additional vehicles will be required to pay a daily parking fee to park on the premises.
Are pets allowed at the marina?Yes, dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after immediately. Dogs may not be tied off to anything on the docks.
Absolutely not. Overboard discharge of heads or holding tanks is strictly forbidden and violates environmental regulations.
If you plan to leave the marina for an extended period (48 hours or longer), please notify Pier 41 LLC management so we are aware that your slip will be vacant.
